Phil, Mark, and the rest of the team at Caribbean Pools & Spas are top notch. We had a very custom pool design and they absolutely crushed it.

It took them about two months from start to finish, which is super impressive in the dead of summer.

They managed the project, worked well with the other contractors on the project, were on time and on budget (with a few excellent extras that they recommended along the way), and picked up the phone when I called them. All you can ask for these days!

It’s worth mentioning we got quotes for fiberglass pools and this completely custom gunite pool (and spa) was cheaper! You won’t be disappointed going with Caribbean!

Caribbean did a great job with our pool installation including dealing with a very challenging space. Also very pleased with any follow up issues and questions we have had. Would recommend them highly.

Caribbean was pleasant to work with, did a great job, and we would pick them again. We really like the multiple custom features they recommended and love the way the pool turned out. Phil, Mark, and crew took care of every issue that came up and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. We got bids on fiberglass and gunite pools. At another house, we put in a fiberglass pool, and also previously had a lined pool. Gunite and fiberglass bids came in at about the same price. Installation took longer than with a fiberglass pool – and a little longer than planned – but we feel we got much better value for our money over a fiberglass pool.

Phil and Mark were absolutely fantastic to work with – very clear and prompt in all communications, helpful with pool design and state of the art technology. On time with build and super helpful post-build with questions about operation. We love our pool and spa! Highly recommend Caribbean Pool and Spas.

Debby (the recent storm) wreaked havoc on my parent’s pool. Mark responded w/in 24 hours and had, what we thought was a big problem, fixed in 15 minutes. Can not thank him enough for his timely response and professionalism. We are all very happy to have the pool swimmable again.

Phil and Mark are a pleasure to work with. We have greatly enjoyed the pool and spa for seven years. Phil suggested adding a small bench in the deep end and we use it all the time! Whenever we have a question or concern one of them comes to the house and thoroughly explains what is going on and usually fixes it right then and there. Having never owned a pool or spa we really appreciate that extra assistance and expertise.
