  • Initial Consultation

    We begin with an on-site meeting at your home to discuss your vision and gather essential details, including the property survey. This step ensures we understand your preferences and the specific site conditions.

  • Customized Proposal

    Based on our initial consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the pool design, features, and costs.

  • Permitting & Approvals

    We handle all necessary permits and approvals with your county, ensuring compliance with local regulations and a smooth start to the project.

  • Design Layout & Approval

    We mark out the pool’s layout on your property, giving you a clear visual of the planned installation. This step allows you to approve the final design and placement before excavation begins.

  • Construction Phase

    • Excavation & Base Preparation:
We carefully excavate the site and prepare the base for the pool structure.
    • Rebar & Framing: 
Rebar and framing are installed to form the pool’s shape and provide structural support.
    • Shotcrete Application: 
We apply shotcrete to form the pool’s shell, ensuring durability and strength.

  • Plumbing, Electrical, & Backfill

    Plumbing and electrical systems are installed, followed by backfilling around the pool to secure the structure.

  • Tile, Coping, & Hardscaping

    We install the tile, coping, and any additional hardscaping features, enhancing the pool’s aesthetic appeal and functionality.

  • Equipment Installation

    All necessary pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters, is installed to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Finishing Touches

    • Plastering:The interior surface of the pool is finished with plaster, giving it a smooth and attractive appearance.
    • Water Filling & Balancing:
 The pool is filled with water, and we carefully balance the chemical levels for a safe and enjoyable swimming experience.

  • Pool Start-Up & Handover

    We conduct a thorough start-up process, testing all equipment and systems. Our team provides you with a comprehensive orientation, explaining maintenance procedures and ensuring you’re fully prepared to enjoy your new pool.
